2 Bedroom Townhouse Very Close to Beach - Vale do Garrão
This very pretty townhouse has been completely refurbished throughout by the new owners and is furnished and equipped to the highest standard.

Being very close to Garrao beach (5 minutes walk) it is ideal for either a summer or winter holiday.

Entrance hall leads to modern and well equipped kitchen to the right with separate laundry room. To the left is a guest cloakroom.

The large and airy living/dining room has DVD, stereo and digital TV and leads to a pretty terrace with barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor dining furniture as well as the attractive pool area.

On the first floor is a master bedroom with its own small terrace, double bed and en-suite full bathroom. This bedroom also has a TV. The second bedroom has twin beds and an adjacent full bathroom.

Prices are per week per property for up to the maximum number of bed spaces. EG. 4 bedroom villa will be priced for up to 8 people, 3 bedroom for 6 etc. Additional children on folding beds or sofa beds and in cots (unless otherwise stated) will be charged a supplement.
