This beautiful new attached, air conditioned villa is compact and cosy out of season and ideal for summer living also, being adjacent to the communal pool which is shared only by the few townhouses in this private area within a prestigious location of Lakeside Village in Quinta do Lago.
Layout :
Entrance hall leads to well equipped modern kitchen to the right and then to a spacious living/dining area.
This in turn leads to a delightful well furnished sunny terrace which has a few steps up to the communal garden and pool area. The pool is large but only shared by a few other similar attached villas.
Upstairs are two delightful bedrooms - both doubles. The master has a queen size double with full bathroom, own private sun terrace with garden furniture.
The other double bedroom has an en suite shower room with another small terrace. Guest cloakroom/shower room downstairs.

Prices are per week per property for up to the maximum number of bed spaces.
