This two bedroom, second floor apartment has air conditioning in the lounge and a roof terrace. The complex is situated at the north side of centre of Albufeira - a 5 minute walk to the Montechoro ´Strip´ - the long straight road with bars, restaurants, cafés, shops and entertainment that leads from Montechoro to the beach at Praia da Oura.
So once in this lovely complex you will find you dont need to stray far to have the time of your life!
However, the complex itself is established in a private cul-de-sac well away from the general noise and hustle and bustle, so you can relax by the pool or on your balcony and soak up the lovely Algarve sunshine.
The apartment is comfortably furnished. There is air conditioning in the lounge and UK satellite TV. It has full cooking facilities in the kitchens plus a dishwasher.
The 2 bedroom apartment also has 2 bathrooms which means no more waiting around for the kids to get ready to hit the town.

A security deposit will be required (cash or credit card imprint) on arrival. This will be refunded prior to departure or after your return as appropriate.

The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle.
