A fantastic property situated in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Albufeira. The house is approx 1.5 kms from the bustling old town of Albufeira, with its lovely beaches, numerous shops, bars and fine restaurants.
This is a beautiful spacious villa built on two floors, recently constructed and full of character with its high vaulted ceilings and Moorish arches. Thoughtful design and a good standard of furnishings make this a welcoming holiday base.
The master bedroom has en-suite and all the bedrooms are modern, bright and airy with the master bedroom also having patio doors leading onto large terraces overlooking the pool and lovely mountain views.
To the side of the good sized pool there is a large BBQ and with outside seating , this is the place to enjoy a pre-dinner drink and catch the last of the sun. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes all mod-cons including washing machine and dishwasher.
Albufeira's quaint town square is an ideal place to relax with a drink and watch the world go by. If that’s just too relaxing for you, follow the cobbled streets and search out a bargain at the local boutiques and handicraft shops.
For those wanting a busy night life visit the new part, known locally as “the Strip” with lots of bars, clubs and discos with excellent music and only a ten minute walk from the villa . This immaculate new villa is tastefully decorated to a high standard, set in carefully tended gardens and close to all amenities. Albufeira town, the Strip and the sandy beaches as well as a choice of international restaurants and cafes are all within walking distance of the villa.

Prices are per week per property for up to the maximum number of bed spaces. Rental notes:
Tariff is per week for up to 8 people sharing.
A further 2 children can be accommodated on the Sofa-bed for an additional 75 GBP per person per week.
A returnable security deposit of 100 euros per person will be required (cash or credit card imprint) on arrival. This will be refunded prior to departure as appropriate.
Minimum 7 days rental.
Changeover days can be flexible - please ask.
Payment is by cheque or bank transfer in sterling or euros.
30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking or on request.
Cots and high-chairs are available for 30 GBP per item per booking.

The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle.
