This brand new luxury apartment has a very spacious lounge/dining area, 2 bedrooms with fitted mirrored wardrobes, 2 bathrooms and a comprehensive kitchen. Situated on the ground floor, it is ideal for wheelchair and buggy access.
Kitchen includes fridge, cooker, hob, dishwasher and washing machine and microwave. Breakfast table and chairs, kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee machine, all utensils.
Lounge/Dining area very spacious, air conditioned with double bed setee and including TV, DVD, Books and CD player. Dining area has dining table with 6 chairs.
Car hire and transfers can be arranged, and a welcome pack if requested.
All rooms have patio doors (with electric shutters) leading outside onto a large patio area, with patio table and 6 chairs, 2 sun loungers and a BBQ. The complex has a shared swimming pool which the apartment overlooks and a childrens play area.
Electric video intercom ensures nobody can enter unless they have a key, making it completely safe.
Location :
A pleasant 15 minute walk to the beach. Sun beds and parasols are available on the beach at a reasonable cost. There are also beach front restaurants and wc facilities.
Alto Golf is a 2 minute drive away and 15 minutes drive is Penina, there is also a driving range close by.
It is approx. 45 drive from Faro airport. Car is recommended but not essential. Transfers and car hire can be arranged if required.
5 minute walk to local shop, 20 minutes walk to the main resort in Alvor Town or by taxi costing approx. 3 euros. There is also a cafe/bar situated on the complex. 5km to Portimao 8km to Praia de Rocha
Alvor is an old coastal fishing village –very picturesque, retaining its charm and tranquillity with its narrow cobbled streets, yet, also boasting numerous bars & restaurants to suit every taste and budget.
It is well located facing a natural lagoon opening out to the sea. Alvor's beach is sandy and long and has a number of coves which are tucked under the cliffs.
The old village is a maze of cobbled streets is full of busy restaurants, many barbequing outside.

Prices are per week per property for up to the maximum number of bed spaces. Rental notes:
Tariff is per week for 2007 for up to 6 people sharing (max 4 adults).
Minimum 7 days rental.
Changeover days can be flexible - please ask.
Payment is by cheque or bank transfer in sterling or euros.
30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking or on request.
£200 refundable damage deposit which will be returned after inspection. You will be met on arrival for transfer of keys.
Air conditioning no additional - cost.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle.
