This great 5 bedoom villa is situated only 200m from the beach of Forte Da Oura and with bars, restaurants and shops all with a 2/3 minute walk it is perfectly located.
The Old Town of Albufeira or the Strip are both around ten minutes from the property as it is situated between the two.
Early booking is recommended as location, quality and size means that this large self catering holiday villa fwill fills up early - particularly for half term and summer 2010.
The Villa is situated on the road between the old town of Albufeira and the famous 'Strip', with both being a short walk away.
The Forte Da Oura beach and shops, bars, restaurants etc are only a few minutes from this large individual holiday rental villa.
All lounges are equipped with television & with DVD and the kitchens are all fully fitted with all the mod cons you will require for a great family holiday.

Prices are per week per property for up to the maximum number of bed spaces. Rental notes:
The prices shown are per week for a maximum of 10 people .
Up to 4 extra people can be accommodated using the sofa beds in each of the lounges. For each extra person there will be a surcharge of 84 euros per week to cover extra bedding , towels , electricity , water etc .
A security deposit will be required on arrival of 80 euros per person, this can be covered by credit card authorisation.
Cots & High-chairs are available for 35 euros per week per booking .
Car hire is not essential for this location, but is recommended to make the most of your visit to the Algarve - we can arrange this for you, please refer to our prices.
We can also arrange transfers from the airport to the property.
