The 8 villas share a pool, so this is the ideal set up if you like the space of a villa but not the isolation - a great way for you and the children to meet friends. And at just 700 m from the beach the property is perfectly located.
The villa is part of an enclosed condominium with 8 villas, situated on the outskirts of the friendly seaside village of Manta Rota. There is also a supermarket within walking distance.
With air conditioning/heating units the villa is just as ideal for a winter stay as it is in summer. The villa is also very convenient for a winter stay.
The villa has a living room with dining area and seperate kitchen with washing maching & dishwasher.
There are three bedrooms, all with air conditioning. Also a sofa bed in the lounge for up to two extra children.

Prices are per week per property for up to the maximum number of bed spaces.
