Burgau Beach is a small sheltered beach and can be reached by a pleasant walk through the cobbled streets. There are a number of very good restaurants in Burgau, with a great choice in Luz (5 Mins) and Lagos (10 mins) away.
The apartment comprises :
- Bedroom 1 with twin beds. - Bedroom 2 with en suite with twin beds and pull out beds and TV/DVD. - Well equipped kitchen with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave. Full set of kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware. - Lounge with corner sofa seats 6, 32" flat screen TV with DVD, with selection of TV channels including English and a selection of DVDs. Dining table with 6 chairs.
There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and living area, underfloor heating in bathrooms. Very large balcony with outdoor built-in BBQ, 2 sun loungers and outdoor dining with seating for 6.

Good selection of local restaurants and pubs. Large supermarkets at Luz and Lagos. Luz - 5 minutes drive. Lagos - 10 minutes drive. Cape Saint Vincent - 30 minutes drive. Alvor 30 Minutes drive Albufeira - 35/40 minutes drive.
Golf :
Close to a number of excellent courses: Parque De Floresta is 10 mins, Boavista is 5 mins and Penina 20 mins, Vilamoura 40 mins.

30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.
A security deposit will be required against loss or damage of the access card, supplied to clients, for the pool & leisure area. This is refundable against return of the card.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
