This beautifully furnished 3 bedroom villa is in a small quiet complex with shared pool and landscaped gardens. The villa is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. There is air conditioning in all rooms and stunning rooftop views.
It is close to the towns of Alvor, Lagos, Portimao and Praia da Rocha which all offer excellent restaurants and numerous bars and shops. Built-in barbecue overlooking the pool all outdoor furniture.
Windows and doors are all double glazed and all have electrically operated shutters also the bathrooms all have under floor heating. There are 2 bathroom, with one en-suite. The en-suite bathroom has a jaccuzi bath. The is a further shower/WC/cloakroom downstairs.
The lounge has a 3 seater settee, which converts into a double bed and also a 2 seater settee the lighting is remote controlled and there is a computer table with internet access and a printer. Dining suite and seating for 8 with additional leaves to seat extras. Sky TV with DVD/video player. Log burner.
The bedroom terraces are all south facing and overlooking the gardens and communal pool. All rooms have electrically operated shutters. The master bedroom is fitted with a safe for storage of any valuables.
There is a BBQ and terrace on the ground floor also south facing and with seating for 8 people. There is a large roof terrace fully equipped with sun loungers, a fridge for storage of those cold beers and night lighting.
From the roof terrace you have panoramic views of the Monchique mountains and the sea.
Wheelchair access although no stairlift available.
Alvor, a 10 minute drive, is an unspoilt fishing village, it has a maze of cobbled streets lined with numerous superb restaurants, bars and shops. The harbour is ideal for a stroll to take in some of the atmosphere of the traditional Portuguese way of life with fresh fish available from the barbeque. Lagos town approximately 15 minutes drive with its lively marina. The lively town of Praia Da Rocha is nearby.
Sleeping arrangements:
Master bedroom (en suite) with kingsize bed, fitted wardrobes and shared balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and shared balcony. Bedroom 3 with twin beds and door leading to roof terrace.
Up to 2 extra children can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the lounge.
