This is a well priced modern apartment on a small family friendly complex within walking distance of all amenities in the 'new' town Albufeira.
Just a short hop from all amenities, the 2 bedroom apartment is just east of Praia da Oura, leaving you a choice of two lovely beaches within easy walking distance.
Praia da Oura is famous for the 'strip', one long street with a wide selection of bars, restaurants and nightclubs. This makes Praia da Oura suitable for all types of holidays, whether you are looking for a peaceful break on a golden beach or nightclubs till dawn!
The complex has a 15m x 8m pool, and supermarket, restaurant and beach are all within walking distance.
Mini market and supermarket just a few minutes' walk from the complex.
The kitchen has washing machine, microwave, cooker, toaster etc.
Please note that the apartment on offer does not have a pool view.
