With restaurants, shops and nightlife a few minutes stroll away - but in a quieter location in a cul-de-sac with no through traffic - here you can have the best of both worlds!

A cottage style holiday villa in central Albufeira that was completely upgraded recently. The house is fresh, light and spacious and is just a short walk from the beach and the superb selection of restaurants, bars and shops that this part of Albufeira offers.
The lounge area has a TV and a DVD, a sofa that converts to a bed for an adult or two children - and even a small bar for mixing your cocktails! This adjoins the larger dining & sitting room , which is separated from the kitchen area by a granite topped breakfast bar.
The kitchen is compact and modern, with hob/oven, microwave & fridge/freezer.
Outside there is a cobbled terrace with a covered dining and built-in barbecue area plus a small lawn, all with a wall and hedge to give privacy.
The villa has full use of the garden and pool area of the apartments nearby.
This is a well priced holiday cottage in a prime location - a great choice for your Algarve holiday!

Because of unpredicatable currency fluctuations this property is quoted only in euros. Payment can be made in either euros or any other currency but both the deposit and the balance, at the time of payment - not at the time of booking - will be calculated on the rate of exchange at that time.
Rental notes:
Tariff is per week for up to 6 people sharing (max. 5 adults).
Minimum 7 days rental.
Changeover days can be flexible - please ask.
Payment is by cheque or bank transfer in sterling or euros.
20 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.
A refundable security / damages deposit is payable on arrival for this property.
We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle.
