This 3 bedroom air conditioned holiday rental villa in the heart of Areias de São João / Praia da Oura - one of the most sought after Albufeira locations.
(Note : As a new option, there are also two further bedrooms (plus bathroom & kitchen) available in the annexe - see Ref. 330 for the 5 bedroom prices, sleeping up to 14.)
Beach, restaurants and shops all just a few minutes walk.
With 3 bedrooms, private pool and lawned gardens the holiday rental villa is perfect for those who don't want to hire a car. And with the price including up to two additional children at no charge ( using sofa bed) it is an affordable option for an Algarve family holiday.
The whole villa is arranged on one level and is suitable for disabled clients (although please note that this villa is not fitted with any disability aid - it is simply our consideration that the villa would not pose any great access problems to clients with mobility issues).
The property is fitted out in a cottage style with lots of plates on the walls etc ... it is simply but well furnished in a traditional Portuguese style and has all the 'mod cons' clients now expect.
The villa is air-conditioned in the living room.
This Albufeira villa has a Satellite system - card not supplied and also a DVD/CD player.
In the main three bedroom villa there is also a double bed settee in the lounge area suitable for two small children.
There is also a barbecue area at the back of the villa. The pool is a good size, at 8 x 5 metres and the villa is enclosed by high walls and shrubs. It is also alarmed and has a safe.
Early booking is recommended as this is a very popular holiday villa.

Two double bedrooms and one twin.

We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle.
