Witha total of 5 bedrooms this partially air conditioned holiday rental villa & adjacent annexe is in the heart of Areias de São João / Praia da Oura - one of the most sought after Albufeira locations.
Beach, restaurants and shops all just a few minutes walk.
Sleeping up to 14 people the self catering accommodation has a private pool and lawned gardens and is perfect for those who don't want to hire a car.
All rooms in both the main villa and annexe are on one level and so the property is suitable for disabled clients (although please note that this villa is not fitted with any disability aid - it is simply our consideration that the villa would not pose any great access problems to clients with mobility issues).
The villa is fitted out in a cottage style with lots of plates on the walls etc ... it is simply but well furnished in a traditional Portuguese style and has all the 'mod cons' clients now expect.
The kitchen was renewed in 2009.
This Albufeira villa has a Satellite system - card not supplied - and also a DVD/CD player.
In the main three bedroom villa there are also two sofa beds in the lounge area suitable for two children.
The annexe has two bedrooms and a sofa bed, sleeping up to six. There is also another kitchen and a bathroom in the annexe, so while you can choose to use the annexe just for sleeping it does allow some of your party to retain their own 'space' - such as teenagers or grandparents - if they choose to.
There is also a barbecue area at the back of the villa. The pool is a good size, at 8 x 5 metres and the villa is enclosed by high walls and shrubs. It is also alarmed and has a safe.
Early booking is recommended as this is a very popular holiday villa.

Sleeping arrangements:
Two double bedrooms and a twin in the main house. Two bed settees in the main house and a further sofa bed in the annexe, sleeping up to 4 children if required.

Payment currency notes:
Because of unpredicatable currency fluctuations this property is quoted only in euros. Payment can be made in either euros or any other currency but both the deposit and the balance, at the time of payment - not at the time of booking - will be calculated on the rate of exchange at that time.
Rental notes:
Tariff is per week for up to 12 people sharing.
Up to a 2 additional persons can be accommodated on folding beds for a supplement of 75 euros per person per week (i.e. up to a maximum of 14 people in total).
Minimum 7 days rental.
Changeover days can be flexible - please ask.
Payment is by cheque or bank transfer in sterling or euros.
20 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.
Security / damages deposit payable on arrival for this property.
Air conditioning is 84 euros per week, if required.
We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle.
