Situated between the fishing village of Benagil and Praia da Marinha, this is a beautifully spacious villa with seaview and within walking distance (approx. 800m) of Benagil beach.
The villa consists of 6 bedroom and 3 bathrooms (1 en-suite) plus a guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen leading into the dining / living room which has an open fireplace, satellite TV, stereo system, telephone with 3 extensions and air conditioning (optional/charge) throughout the house.
Bedrooms are laid out like this :
Ground Floor : - 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each - 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (3/4 bed), for 1 adult or 2 small children Top Floor : - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds pushed together - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds - Master bedroom with 2 single beds pushed together.
The heatable pool (optional/charge) is South facing with beautiful sea view. There is a barbecue area near the pool.
Maid service is supplied. The washing machine and tumble dryer are operated by the maid.
A perfect situation for a relaxing beach or golfing holiday in the Algarve.

Prices are per week per property for up to the maximum number of bed spaces. Rental notes:
Prices are per week for a maximum of 12 people - but please note that this includes 2 children sharing small double (3/4 bed). For adults the villa sleeps a max of 11.
Changeover days can be flexible - please ask
Payment is by cheque or bank transfer in sterling or euros.
30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.
Security / damages deposit may be payable on arrival for some properties.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
Note : there is no extra charge for air conditioning but use of the system for heating purposes at other times is accounted for by the low/mid season electricity charge (see below).

We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle.
