The house being elevated, has the living area on the upper level of the property, making the most of the views, and the bedrooms are all on the lower level.
There are six bedrooms (3 doubles & 3 twins), 5 are en-suite and one has the use of a shower room, all have fitted wardrobes. Three of the bedrooms open directly onto the pool area via sliding patio doors. There is also access to the pool via an external staircase from the upstairs lounge terrace.
Outside, there is a private pool with optional pool heating (cost for heating 150 euros per week). There are plenty of sun bathing areas, and a grassed area. The property has a rear gate from the garden, which leads you to a 10min cliff top walk into Luz.
The house has been comfortably furnished and due to its location, would offer a peaceful retreat with all your home comforts.
The village of Luz offers plenty of traditional shops, bars and restaurants, something for everyone. Lagos is a 15 min drive and Luz is situated in a perfect position for some of the many golf courses this area has to offer.

The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle.
