Located in a quiet cul-de-sac of 4 properties, this extensive detached Albufeira villa could not be better situated as it is only a 10 minute walk from the strip area of Areias São João and a 20 minute walk from the original Albufeira Old Town .
On the entrance level :
- Large entrance hall with steps leading down to the lounge and a further 5 steps from the lounge up to the dining area . - Two bedrooms , one with two bunk beds and one with two single beds - Large full bathroom between these two bedrooms - Fully equipped kitchen which also has a further dining room table and chairs for 8 people .
There is also an entrance from the garage on this level with electric door .
On the first floor :
- Two very large bedrooms with impressive en-suite bathrooms .
There are steps leading out of the lounge area down to the good sized pool which is not overlooked and has a great valley view.
This has to be one our best Albufeira villas and early booking is recommended .

Payment is by cheque or bank transfer in sterling or euros. Credit cards accepted in euros or sterling with 3.75 per cent charge.
Up to 30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking or on request.
Security / damages deposit of 1,000 euros payable on arrival for this property - credit card imprint or cash.
Cots and high-chairs are available at extra charge.
Air conditioning at no extra cost
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle.
