This detached Algarve holiday villa is situated within five minutes walk of the 'Quinta Shopping' centre, which contains numerous bars, restaurants, newsagents, supermarket and banking facilities 'just around the corner'. This property was originally constructed to he highest of specifications in the mid-1980s and has recently been modernised & refurbished - again to the highest of standards.
The world famous Quinta do Lago, Pinheiros Altos, and Vale do Lobo golf courses are all within three minutes drive and the beach is only a five minute drive away. There are two top quality restaurants within a few hundred yards of the villa, so you can leave the car at home when you want a night out or a leisurely drink. Rental notes:
Tariff per week per property based on 7 days rental. Any day changeover. Payment is by cheque or bank transfer in sterling or euros. Payment also accepted by credit card with a 3.75 per cent fee. Max 30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking. Security / damages deposit may be payable on arrival for some properties.
We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle.
