This recently renovated manor house of over a 100 years old, has just been totally renovated & divided into four apartments.
This ground floor two bedroom apartment is available for the first time this season.
The apartment is spacious, modern and has access to a comunal BBQ...and has private off street parking - a huge bonus in the Old Town.
Situated just a few hundred metres from the beach and the town centre this is the ideal location for those who want the best of all worlds...close to all amenities, no real need for car hire and yet a quality property in what remains a traditional location.
Locally there is an amazing choice of shops, street vendors, restaurants, bars & nightclubs.
Linen and bathroom towels are provided and changed at least weekly. Clients are normally asked to provide their own beach towels.
We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach. But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle.

Prices are per week per property for up to the maximum number of bed spaces. EG. 4 bedroom villa will be priced for up to 8 people, 3 bedroom for 6 etc. Additional children on folding beds or sofa beds and in cots (unless otherwise stated) will be charged a supplement.
