Prices are per week per property for up to the maximum number of bed spaces. EG. 4 bedroom villa will be priced for up to 8 people, 3 bedroom for 6 etc. Additional children on folding beds or sofa beds and in cots (unless otherwise stated) will be charged a supplement. Payment is by cheque or bank transfer in sterling or euros.
30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.
Security / damages deposit may be payable on arrival for some properties.
Note : there is no extra charge for air conditioning but use of the system for heating purposes at other times is accounted for by the low/mid season electricity charge (see below).

The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle.
