You can walk to the beach, restaurants and shops.
The detached self catering villa is very private and superbly furnished. It has a large pool (9 x 4.5 metres) and plenty of outdoor space, plus a games room with pool table and table tennis...the perfect family holiday villa.
Inside the accommodation is almost fully air conditioned and has large bright rooms designed round a central Moorish style courtyard.
This Albufeira area villa is just 35 minutes from Faro Airport, close to the beach of São Rafael and Albufeira Marina. Just a 10 minute walk to the sea with miles of golden sandy beaches, with great views over the Marina.

This is a modern and spacious 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom villa in São Rafael, on the outskirts of Old Town Albufeira.
Set in a quiet cul de sac within a short walk of the beach, restaurants, shops etc in São Rafael it is perfect for those who prefer not to have to drive everywhere on holiday, but who don't want to be right in the cente of town.
You don't need to rent a car but if you do the central location means that all areas of the Algarve are easily reached. You'll see from a map that São Rafael is centrally located along the Algarve coastline, making it an ideal location for trips to both west and east.
There are views to the north and the distant hills of Monchique, and to the south it is only a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach.
The area around here - which includes beaches at Galé, Castelo, Coelho, Salgados, Praia Grande and Evarista are probably the best you'll find - anywhere.
Modern appliances, full air-conditioning and every bedroom with en-suite bath or shower room .
The villa consist of 5 Bedrooms of which 2 have double beds and 3 are twin-bedded.
The bedrooms all have a private bathroom, some with hydromassage baths and showers and four of the bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning and most have TV .
The lounge / dining area is of a good size and includes a three peice suite, TV with DVD and satellite and a small card table with seating for four and a full dining suite.
At the centre of the villa is a conservatory area decorated to resemble a moorish coutyard, complete with table, chairs and topped by a glass pyramid.
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and a large fridge freezer with a chilled drinks section as well as the usual oven and hob, microwave etc .
In the basement there is a small gym, a built in bar, as well as a pool table and a table tennis table. One of the bedrooms is also in the basement.
There is also a garage, leading on to the gym/games area, in the basement with an electirc opening door.
Gardens surround the villa and there are sunbeds around the good sized pool area - the pool is 9 x 4.5 metres & 1.9 m deep.
Under one of the balconies is a large table and chairs for eating or drinking in the late afternoon sun. Perfect!

Rental notes:
Tariff is per week for up to 10 people sharing.
The villa can accommodate up to three additional children on folding beds at 12 euros per night per person.
Minimum 7 days rental in high and peak seasons.
Changeover days can be flexible - please ask.
Payment is by bank transfer in sterling. Credit & Debit cards in euros and sterling + 3.75 per cent
30 per cent deposit on booking (varies depending on property) and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.

Security / damages deposit of 400 euros payable on arrival in euros or by authorisation on credit card before arrival.

The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle.
