The property itself boasts a large gated swimming pool, and a spacious covered BBQ with seating for all family.
The villa is on two levels.
The ground floor is a four bedroomed property with large kitchen, lounge dining room etc. The basement is a self contained annexe also with its own kitchen & lounge/ dining area, connected by an internal door.
Ground Floor: - Entrance Hall - Full kitchen with dining table - Large lounge/dining area with access to small terrace overlooking the pool & BBQ area - 3 twin bedrooms - 1 double bedroom with TV & en-suite - Separate full bathroom.
The 1 Bedroom annexe is perfect for teenagers or grandparents. It has its own kitchen, bathroom and lounge to allow guests their own independence. The annexe is connected to the main house by an inside door.

Also there is a seperate games area with table tennis.

30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.
Security / damages deposit of 400 euros payable on arrival or with balance payment. We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
We can also arrange transfers from the airport to the apartment and trips to Lisbon, Seville, golf courses etc.
