These modern apartments are ideal whatever your requirements. They are all fitted out to the highest standard.
Larger parties can book separate accommodation, holiday together and yet retain their own independence. Ideal at all times of year as central heating included - special rates for longer winter stays.
But be warned - these apartments fill up very quickly - often more than a year ahead for prime weeks - so please don't delay!

The apartment complex is just a two minute walk to the beach and to all other amenities within the lovely fishing village of Burgau. In line with most sea front properties in the western Algarve's conserved villages these apartments do not have a pool.
Burgau Beach is reputed to be one of the safest in the Algarve, being sheltered and usually without high waves - great for children, making the village a real favourite with families who return year after year.
There are some great restaurants in Burgau and too many to mention within a 10 minute drive. The main town of Lagos is just a 10 minute drive and the west coast beaches easy to reach for those who like body boarding or surfing.

Car hire is not essential at this location but highly recomended to make the most of your visit to the ALGARVE - please see our prices.
We can also arrange for transfers from and back to Faro Airport.

Sleeping arrangements:
1 bedroom folding bed or sofa bed ( depends on apt) can be provided for additional extra child at charge of 75 euros / 50 GBP per week subject to agreement in advance

Prices are per week per property for up to the maximum number of bed spaces. EG. 4 bedroom villa will be priced for up to 8 people, 3 bedroom for 6 etc. Additional children on folding beds or sofa beds and in cots (unless otherwise stated) will be charged a supplement. Rental notes:
Tariff is per week for the 1 bedroom apartment for up to 2 people. An extra person can be accommodated for 75 euros / 50 GBP per week.

Minimum 7 days rental in high/peak season. Please note that for stays of less than two weeks from April to Sept there is an additional charge of 4.50euros / 3 GBP per day.
Changeover days can be flexible - please ask.
Out of peak season parties can be accommodated at a reduced rate for longer rentals - please ask.
Payment is by cheque or bank transfer. 30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
