This attractively furnished 2 bedroom townhouse apartment (i.e. two storey property ) is set on a modern family friendly seaside complex just half a kilometre from the lovely São Rafael Beach, not far from Albufeira.

With 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, sea view terrace, dining terrace and barbecue this is the ideal choice for either a family or two couples who want to share the cost but retain an element of privacy.

Ground floor: Full kitchen with dishwasher, store/laundry room (washing machine), WC, lounge/dining room with patio doors to your private terrace with barbecue.
The lounge has cable TV with flat plasma screen & DVD/CD.

Direct gated access to the pool area.
1st floor: Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Both bedrooms share a large south facing terrace with sea views.

Linen and bathroom towels are provided and changed at least weekly.

São Rafael has enough restaurants, bars and amenities to keep most holidaymakers happy, but with the new Marina & Albufeira old town just to the east, you are just a five minute drive from an amazing choice of shops, street vendors, restaurants, bars & nightclubs.

If you prefer not to get too much sand between your toes then don't worry as you can choose to do most of your swimming in the complex's beautiful pool - and there's even a separate one for younger children.

And if even walking to the pool is your idea of hard work on holiday then this is the prefect house for you, as you'll be able to soak up the rays on one of two balconies...stick your chicken on the barbie and you won't even need to walk out to sample any one of the dozens of local São Rafael restaurants and cafés.

We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach. But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle.
