This lovely 1 bedroom apartment has the kind of views you'd expect to pay a fortune for - but this is a bargain by any standards. High standard of finish inside and the Atlantic Ocean right outside your living room and bedroom windows - what more could you ask for?
The kitchen is compact but it is of a higher standard than many of us have at home, with solid granite worktops and high quality appliances. It has been architect designed to make the most of a small space.
But the real attraction of this property is the beach - right on your doorstep. You can see it in its full glory from the rooftop terrace. This is the full size of the house and a great place to sit and enjoy the view.
With a view like this once you spend a holiday here we guarantee you'll be back...if we can persuade you to leave that is!
The apartment has 1 bedroom and is ideal for a couple - we think it makes the perfect honeymoon location for those on a budget.
There is also a folding bed for one young child. Linen and bathroom towels are provided. Linen is changed weekly and towels are also changed mid-week. The maid will also clean the apartment twice per week (inc changeover day).
Sleeping arrangements:
Double bed with sea view. Folding bed can be provided for up to one child under the age of 12 only. Additional charge of 50 euros per week or part of.

Prices are per week per property for up to the maximum number of bed spaces. Payment currency notes:
Because of unpredicatable currency fluctuations this property is quoted only in euros. Payment can be made in either euros or any other currency but both the deposit and the balance, at the time of payment - not at the time of booking - will be calculated on the rate of exchange at that time.
Rental notes:
Tariff per week per property for up to 2 adults and 1 child (12 and under) sharing.
Minimum 7 days rental in high/peak season Changeover days can be flexible - please ask.
Out of peak season parties can be accommodated at a reduced rate for longer rentals - please ask.
Payment is by cheque or bank transfer. 30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival.
Credit / debit cards accepted - 3.75% charge.
We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle.
