Set in the elevated area above the 'Golden Triangle' close to Quinta do Lago / Vale do Lobo, this villa will sleep twelve people in extreme comfort and is ideal for a large group or family gathering.
While ideal for large groups, this villa is still homely enough for a smaller group or a family that require more space around them and you will see that the rates make this a viable option for the smaller groups - particularly useful where you have a group of singles who want a bedroom each.
It would also make the perfect honeymoon villa. The sleeping accommodation in this vacation rental comprises of 4 double bedrooms (one with balcony) and two twin bedrooms all with stunning sea views. The bedrooms all have heating for the winter.
Fove of the six bedrooms are en-suite and there is another bathroom.
On the upstairs level, there are three double bedrooms and one twin-bedroom.
The garage has been converted to make a games room with I a full sized British Pool-Table, dart board etc - ideal to keep everyone happy even if the sun isn’t shining!! As bad weather isn't so common in the Algarve it's also a great place to keep the children entertained in that mid-day sun.
On the downstairs level, there is a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have beautiful sea views.
There is also a fully fitted kitchen, with all the usual modern conveniences. The utility room is situated outside adjacent to the kitchen.
The main living area consists of a large lounge and dining area, both areas have been newly decorated and furnished, and can accommodate a large group in comfort. There is also a wood burning stove (ideal for winter lets), Satellite TV and a DVD player. The house is centrally heated and this is included in the price of winter rentals - no hidden entras.
Again this area boasts beautiful sea views, and patio doors leading onto the outside covered seating and pool area.
The outside covered seating and dining area has ample room to dine and relax in the shade, even if it’s raining, as you can see this villa is a truly adaptable home from home.
From this covered area you walk straight out to the pool area, here you can swim in the salt water swimming pool, unwind on one of the luxury sun beds or relax on one of the hardwood Adirondack chairs, one of the most comfortable outdoor chairs that you can have.
When you have had enough of swimming and relaxing, you can use the purpose built barbecue, this is situated close to the kitchen for convenience, so that everything is close at hand.
This is truly a fantastic villa, where you can relax and unwind inside or out, at all times of year.

Rental notes:
Tariff per week for up to 12 sharing. A baby in cot is free. Any other guests ( subject to confirmation of acceptance) will be charged a weekly rate.
Minimum 7 days rental in high/peak season, 4 days at all other times.
Changeover days- Saturday preferred - can be flexible - please ask.
Payment is by cheque or bank transfer in sterling or euros.
30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.
Nov - Feb prices include full central heating.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle.
