The villa is well appointed and situated close to Pinta and Gramacho golf courses, Slide & Splash water slide park and Praia Grande & Praia De Rocha beaches.
It is a mere five minute drive to the centre of Carvoeiro and its abudance of quality restaurants and bars, and a similar 5 minute drive for stocking up with groceries and wines at the superbly equipped "Intermarché" hypermarket.
The property has recently been modernised to a high standard and featuring new appliances and lots of pool / sun terrace equipment.
There's even the added bonus of a Games Room with pool table and darts board for when the children need to get out of the sun (or their parents' hair!).
