This superb modern villa is located overlooking, from an elevated distance, the 7th hole of the luxurious Pinheiros Altos golf complex, adjacent to Quinta do Lago.
Beyond the golf course are fantastic views to the hills. Everything is included for a comfortable and pampered holiday and the villa is beautifully equipped with every modern convenience, including air conditioning / heating.
An imposing entrance hall leads to large AEG equipped kitchen to the right, separate laundry room and guest cloakroom.
Leading from entrance hall and down a few steps is a large and luxurious reception/sitting room furnished in rich vermillion shades and silks.
Adjacent is a separate dining room seating 8 people.
Downstairs there are two twin bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms, also an attractive study area which has a large sofa and mattress available to accommodate up to a further 2 people if required (extra charge).
There are two master bedroom suites fitted and furnished as you would expect of a villa of this standard - both en-suite, one with dressing room.
The garden is large, mature and well tended and there is a covered seating area on the outside terrace. There is a 9.5m x 5m rectangular overfow pool, entered by 'Roman end' steps.
