An imposing entrance hall leads to large AEG equipped kitchen to the right, separate laundry room and guest cloakroom.
Leading from entrance hall and down a few steps is a large and luxurious reception/sitting room furnished in rich vermillion shades and silks.
Adjacent is a separate dining room seating 8 people.
Downstairs there are two twin bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms, also an attractive study area which has a large sofa and mattress available to accommodate up to a further 2 people if required. ( extra charge)
There are two master bedroom suites fitted and furnished as you would expect of a villa of this standard - both en-suite, one with dressing room.
The garden is large, mature and well tended and there is a covered seating area on the outside terrace. There is a 9.5m x 5m rectangular overfow pool, entered by 'Roman end' steps.
