A large luxury 3-bedroom apartment. furnished to a high standard and built in a distinctive architectural style. There is a swimming pool and garden which is for the exclusive use of residents of its 24 apartments.
The property is approximately five minutes walk to Praia Dona Ana and yet only a few more minutes from the old town of Lagos and the Marina.
The apartment is on the first floor and has a private covered terrace, with views to the Ocean. The large living room has two sofas, TV, DVD player and a dining area.
The separate kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer and has plenty of cupboard space under granite worktops.
The main bedroom has a double bed and a luxury en-suite bathroom of an interesting circular shape, including a Jacuzzi bath.
The two further double bedrooms have twin beds. The large main bathroom also has a bath with a shower.
The apartment also has electric shutters on all windows and a secure underground garage with a private reserved space.

An extra person can be accommodated for a price of 18 euros per day.
