Spacious, well equipped, 1 bedroom ground floor holiday rental apartment in the Montechoro area of Albufeira.
In a quiet area just a short walk to the Albufeira Strip.

This Algarve self catering apartment sleeps up to 5 ( max 3 adults).
There's a sunny breakfast patio and only 3 steps to the communal pool, which is for the exclusive use of the few apartments in this block only.

Being the UK owners' own holiday home this has the added touches you would expect.

There are also 2 bikes for the use of clients - free of charge!

This attractive 1 bedroom Albufeira apartment is located in a quiet area of Montechoro just a 5 minute stroll from Albufeira Strip with its abundance of bars, restaurants, shops and other amenities...leading of course to the beautiful golden sandy beach at Oura (Praia da Oura).

This well maintained Albufeira holiday rental apartment has a fitted kitchen area with full cooker, breakfast bar and a large open plan dining/lounge area, which leads in turn to the sunny poolside patio.

While obviously perfect for a couple the apartment is also ideal for a family on a budget. As well as the one twin bedroom, the apartment has a pull out sofa bed in the lounge area plus 2 sofa chairs and so can accommodate up to 2 adults and 3 children (note : price is for 4 with a small extra laundry charge for an additional small child)

Outside is a gloriously sunny patio with table and chairs for those wonderful al-fresco breakfasts, before descending the three steps that lead down to the pool area which has its own barbecue area and sun loungers. This offers very private family bathing, and with the pool just three steps away from your patio doors it's like having your own private pool.

For those guests who want more activity you can use the facilities at a nearby larger complex, (2 minute walk) where a large pool is available along with sauna, spa and gym (at a nominal cost). This complex also has a games room for children along with a bar serving breakfasts and snacks daily.

For your entertainment and pleasure the apartment is equipped with a TV on a swivel stand (handy for watching whilst out on the patio!), a DVD player and Music Centre

Two bikes are supplied for clients' use at no charge - no responsibility undertaken by owners for use or reliability - we simply ask that clients look after the bikes, use a lock and leave them clean and in good condition - thank you.

There are also beach umbrellas, beach tent, mats, lilos, coolbox and beach games for clients' use....a real holiday home from home.
