This attractive villa is set in an ideal position just a short walk to centre of Dunas Douradas resort and also just a short walk to the beach.
The villa is well-furnished and decorated, having been recently upgraded. The villa has a new kitchen with separate laundry room and new bathrooms throughout. Each room has a television and there is a cable TV system with hundreds of channels. There is also broadband internet access.
The main entrance is through a beautiful antique Spanish door, leading to the entrance hall complete with beautiful antique mirror. The living room is decorated in rich exotic shades and has two televisions (one in a dedicated TV area) and the remainder is living and sitting space. There's a separate dining room for 6 people, which is adjacent to the all-new kitchen. Needles to say, the kitchen is complete with all "mod cons" - a separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble drier; dishwasher and an American style fridge with ice maker.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite shower room; the third bedroom has twin beds and also a full en-suite bathroom. There is also a guest cloakroom in the entrance hall.
The villa has underfloor heating throughout.
The outdoor area is especially attractive with a private & quiet area at the back. The kidney shaped pool has a heating option (for which there is a supplement payable). The pool area has lots of sun loungers in vibrant colours, umbrellas and tables etc. Also the pool area is fenced off, making it especially safe for small children. There is a shaded eating pergola to the rear with luxury gas barbecue. There is a roof top all weather snooker table and table tennis in the garden.
