A larger than usual villa constructed in the foothills of Goldra. The house is finished in traditional Portuguese stone and materials, whilst still containing every modern convenience.
All rooms have been designed to open onto the terrace where possible. From here there are stunning views over the coastal plain to Faro in one direction and Albufeira in the other.
In July and August this 7 bedroom house (one bedroom is small single) sleeps up to 13 but outside peak season the house can be divided and rented as a smaller 5 bedroom (again with one small single) sleeping up to 9 at reduced rates.
Layout - set on two floors :
- One twin leading to terrace with en suite shower room - One twin with en suite shower room - One twin with full bathroom. - Master bedroom with double bed (leading to terrace) with full en suite bathroom. - Next to master bedroom is small room with single bed suitable for a child. - Large living room leading to enormous pool terrace and pool. - Dining room for 10. Entrance to house is through an enormous kitchen area comprising also a general seating area with wood burning fire. - Two separate bedrooms with en suite bathrooms situated in a separate area and clients have choice of renting the house as 5 (4 1/2) or 7 (6 1/2) bedroom house.(One bedroom is a small single only). Clients must rent all bedrooms during July/August.

Sleeping arrangements:
There are 6 twin or double bedrooms plus a single suitable for a child. Outside the July/Aug peak season the house can be divided down into 5 bedrooms (which includes the single) at reduced rental rates (please enquire about these).

Prices are per week per property for up to the maximum number of bed spaces. EG. 4 bedroom villa will be priced for up to 8 people, 3 bedroom for 6 etc. Additional children on folding beds or sofa beds and in cots (unless otherwise stated) will be charged a supplement. Payment is by bank transfer in sterling or by credit/debit card in both sterling and euros. 30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
