A spacious & well equipped 7 bedroom villa in a quiet street in the Sâo Joao area of Albufeira., close to many beautiful beaches, such as the famous Praia da Oura.
With a large games room this is a villa that is going to keep all of the family happy all of the time.
Looking for a place for your hen or stag 'do' or for a golfing group? We can offer three or four night breaks for less than you'd imagine for groups of 12, 14 or even up to18.
Comfortably furnished and fitted this villa is also ideal for families travelling together.
The pool area is well equipped with sun beds and in winter the pool can be heated at a charge of 175 euros/150GBP per week. This must be ordered at least two weeks in advance.
For al fresco dining there is a purpose built outdoor kitchen / barbecue area.
The 7 bedroom holiday rental villa is perfectly situated for all Albufeira has to offer.
Although the Strip is only 300 metres from the property, the Albufeira Old Town with its quaint narrow streets abundance of shops, restaurants and night life is also nearby.
The beach is around 800 metres - Great price for such a large property.

Payment & Booking Terms
An additional two young children may be added at extra pp-charge.
***Pls note that short breaks can be arranged outside peak season but prices are NOT pro-rata - pls ask for a price.
Arrival day by arrangement 1600, depart 1000. Flexible where possible.
Flexible changeover days - minimum 7 nights in high and peak season...for shorter stays please ask for a quote.
Security deposit of 100 euros in cash per person required on arrival for singles/hen/stag groups.
Families can use a card to give a 500 euros/GBP security deposit authorisation but please note that cards will be blocked for the amount. An additional 250 euros cash security deposit will be paid on arrival, returned by bank transfer within 10 days.
We can also arrange transfers from the airport to the property.
After 2100 there will be a 25 euro supplement per vehicle for late call out if you do not use our transfers.
