Built in rustic style, this delightful modern small complex enjoys a peaceful hillside situation overlooking the town, the bay of Lagos and Praia da Luz.
Whilst not a "resort" in the true sense of the word The Funchal Ridge is well known as one of the most desirable residential areas between Lagos and Praia da Luz. Much of the Funchal Ridge is still undeveloped, flora and fauna abound and there are many lovely walks from the property. A very quiet area, but only 3 kms to all the facilities of Luz and Lagos.
Lagos, with fabulous beaches, many with water sports, good shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and discos is 3 kms.
Praia da Luz - another lovely sandy beach 3 kms. The new Quinta da BoaVista Golf Course (500metres).
Layout: The complex has 4 x 1 bedroom apartments (T1) and 4 x 2 bedroom (T2) apartments. The T2 cottage apartments are detailed in Ref 143. T1 cottage apartments detailed below.
T1 Ground floor, with bedroom, bathroom, lounge, kitchenette and terrace with furniture, all with sea views.
- Swimming pool 10m x 5m with grass in one side and patio on the other with sun beds and umbrellas. - Barbecue - one for each house. - Satellite TV with 3 channels in English and 3 channels in German,radio/cassete/ cd player. - Vitroceramic hob,electric oven and washing machine.
Included in the price; Electricity, water, maid service twice a week, change of towels twice per week, weekly linen change, safe deposit box, use of the swimming pool.

Payment currency notes:
Because of unpredicatable currency fluctuations this property is quoted only in euros. Payment can be made in either euros or any other currency but both the deposit and the balance, at the time of payment - not at the time of booking - will be calculated on the rate of exchange at that time.
Rental notes:
Price is based on 2 sharing a 1 bedroom apartment.
There is no charge for a baby in a cot - 1 per booking cot supplied free of charge.
For others sharing there is an extra charge of 84 euros per week per person.
Changeover flexible - any day of the week and any number of nights. Clients are able to book to arrive any day and stay as many nights as they wish - subject to availability. Nightly charges pro-rata.
Arrival day by arrangement 1600, depart 1000. Flexible where possible.
Please note that all clients may pay in euros, which often offers the best rate.
Car hire is recommended to make the most of your visit to the Algarve and we can arrange this for you.
