This spacious four bedroom villa is situated in a quiet residential area at the top of the Cerro Grande area of Albufeira - close to the Old Town and well away from the busier 'Strip' area of Praia da Oura - an ideal family house.
Up above the Old Town the views are great and local amenities such as shops, restaurants and bars are all within easy walking distance. If you don't want to hire a car you can easily walk to the Old Town and if the walk's too much in the evening a short taxi journey will get you home in just a matter of minutes.
The villa is deceptively large and every room has lots of space, bedrooms having built in wardrobes.
There are three bathrooms on the same level as the bedrooms and an additional cloakroom with wc close to the lounge and kitchen.
All these rooms have access direct to the terrace overlooking the pool.
The fourth bedroom is closed when this property is let as a 3 bedroom villa (see Ref. 140 for 3 bedroom rates). This is opened as a bedroom for up to an additional two people at the rates shown here when the property is let as a four bedroom villa. An additional bed can be put into this room for an extra child at a further cost of 75 euros / 50 GBP per week.

Rental notes:
Tariff is per week per for a maximum of 8 people in the three bedrooms (8 adults max.). Extra people are charged at the rate of 75 euros each per week.
The 4th bedroom can be used to accommodate up to two adults or three children (note charges as above for extra persons).
Minimum 7 days rental. Changeover days can be flexible - please ask.
Payment is by cheque or bank transfer in sterling or euros. 30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.
Security / damages deposit of 400 euros payable on arrival or with balance payment.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
Although not essential for this property, we do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach. But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle.
