This spacious three bedroom villa is situated in a quiet residential area at the top of the Cerro Grande area of Albufeira - close to the Old Town and well away from the busier 'Strip' area of Praia da Oura - an ideal family house with bathrooms for each bedroom and one to spare!
Up above the Old Town the views are great and local amenities such as shops, restaurants and bars are all within easy walking distance. If you don't want to hire a car you can easily walk to the Old Town and if the walk's too much in the evening a short taxi journey will get you home in just a matter of minutes.
The villa is deceptively large and every room has lots of space, bedrooms having built in wardrobes.
There are three bathrooms on the same level as the bedrooms and an additional cloakroom with wc close to the lounge and kitchen.
All rooms have access direct to the terrace overlooking the pool.
There is a closed room in the villa and this can be opened as a bedroom for up to an additional three people at an extra charge - see Refence 141.

Rental notes:
Tariff is per week in 2007 - 2008 for a maximum of 6 people in the three bedrooms.
Also an extra child can be accommodated on a folding bed for an additional charge of 75euros per week.
Minimum 7 days rental. Changeover days can be flexible - please ask.
Payment is by cheque or bank transfer in sterling or euros. 30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.
Security / damages deposit of 400 euros payable on arrival or with balance payment.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
Although not essential for this property, we do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach. But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle.
