There is a living/dining room with fireplace and furnished in attractive pastel shades. The living room leads to the pool area with extensive terracing and barbeque.
There are three twin bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms.
Within resort are two tennis courts and 3 popular restaurants. Quinta do Lago has more many tennis courts, restaurants, shop and other amenities.
The villa has air conditioning (included in summer rates). The air conditioning units also supply heating in winter - charge applies - please ask.
Pool heating available - supplementary charge of 125 euros / 100 GBP per week.
The villa is attractively furnished throughout.

Tariff is per week based on up to 6 sharing.
5 per cent discount in all seasons for bookings of 2 weeks or more.
Arrival day by arrangement 1600, depart 1000. Flexible where possible.
Flexible changeover days - minimum 7 nights.
Security deposit of 300 Euros required with balance payment .
Pool heating, if required, is 100 GBP per week.
Payment is by bank transfer in sterling or by credit/debit card in both sterling and euros. 30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
