This is a superb villa with private pool set in large grounds with stunning views. It has 4 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms.
Just a five minute walk to "Smuggler's Beach" - Praia do Carvelo - one of the most stunning areas of the Algarve Coast.
(Please note that the beach is accessed down the cliff by stairs and some clients with walking difficulties may find this is not suitable)
The private residential estate on which the villa is situated has beautiful gardens, a restaurant, tennis courts and mini golf. Of course the many golf courses in and around Carvoeiro are just a few minutes away by car - you´ll be spoiled for choice!
The village of Carvoeiro is a 5 minute drive and there you will find an abundance of shops, restaurants, cafés etc...and, of course, the lovely town beach, a great place to watch the world go by.
Just a 15 minute drive away is the lovely seaside village of Benagil and all along this coastline you will find an abundance of quiet beaches and sheltered coves.

Upper Floor : Master suite with King sized bed and en suite bathroom, doors to large terrace with superb views of the extensive gardens and the sea. Cable television and double sofa bed. This is a spacious suite and an ideal set-up for a family travelling with young children who prefer to be in the same room.
Ground floor : Double bedroom with Queen sized bed and en suite bathroom, doors to patio area. Two twin bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms and doors to the garden area. Modern well equipped kitchen and open plan dining room and lounge with double sofa bed, cable television, VCR, CD player. Doors to the lovely pool and poolside terrace with built in BBQ and plenty of garden furniture. There is also a poolside toilet/shower room.
The Villa is newly furnished, set in large grounds and is ideally located on Clube Atlantico. Smugglers beach is a short walk away whilst Carvoeiro town with its superb selection of restaurants is a short drive away.
