A spacious 7 bedroom villa on the outskirts of the Montechor area of Albufeira that has been divided to allow it to be let as one unit for larger parties or as separate apartments.
It is about a 15/20 minute walk to Montechoro. We can also arrange transfers to and from the centre of the town or those who prefer not to walk and to golf courses for golfing groups.
The layout offers large parties the benefit of being together while retaining their own independence - each unit has its own self-catering facilities.
Stag and hen parties are welcome with a security bond of 100 euros per person.

Detached 7 bedroom villa, on the outskirts of Montechoro, Albufeira - Around 1 km from the resort.
The villa is let as one unit for larger parties - perfect for golfing groups, extended family holidays and stag or hen parties.
There are three 1-bed apartments, 1studio and a 3-bed apartment with en-suite. A very pleasant quiet area but only around 15 minutes walk to the start of the Strip and all the nightlife Albufeira has to offer .
Cleaning is 2 times a week with bedding change after 7 days .
The owners live on-site and will exchange towels or help with any problems immediately, but will not intrude on your stay in any way. The owners can also arrange a barbecue evening once a week with all clients invited, with wine from his own cellars (charge applies - please enquire).
This is a modern property and has all the facilities you will need for a great holiday .
Layout :
- Three bedroom apartment on two upper floors with 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) - 2 x 1 bedroom apartments on ground floor, each with separate entrance. - 1 x smaller 1 bedroom apartment annexe - 1 x studio - also in separate annexe - All apartments have own self catering kitchen, bathroom and sofa bed in living area.
PLEASE NOTE: The property sleeps 15 comfortably but some beds are dou bles and there are sofa beds and folding beds for those who don't want to share. Obviously it will be more of a 'squeeze' for really large parties and this should be considered when booking.
Extras : Barbecue Pool: 10m x 4m
Car Hire is recommended but not essential. We can arrange transfers to and from both the airport and the local nightlife/ beach.
Sleeping arrangements:
Bedrooms as described above. Each of the apartments also has a sofabed in the lounge. Please note that some beds are double and the rates assume use of the beds available. Where smaller parties use sofa beds to use as singles there will be an extra laundry charge.

Prices are per week per property for up to the maximum number of bed spaces. EG. 4 bedroom villa will be priced for up to 8 people, 3 bedroom for 6 etc. Additional children on folding beds or sofa beds and in cots (unless otherwise stated) will be charged a supplement. Payment currency notes:
Because of unpredicatable currency fluctuations this property is quoted only in euros. Payment can be made in either euros or any other currency but both the deposit and the balance, at the time of payment - not at the time of booking - will be calculated on the rate of exchange at that time.
Rental notes:
Price is per week for up to 15 persons in total - ADDITIONAL PEOPLE ARE 90 Euros EACH PER WEEK.

A refundable security deposit will be required on arrival of 80 euros per person. Cash or credit card imprint.This will be returned prior to departure subject to the manager's final checks.
Weekly / Minimum 7 nights (can be flexible outside peak season - please ask).
Arrival day by arrangement 1500, depart 1000. Flexible where possible.
Faro Airport is about 35 minutes' drive away - private transfers can be arranged for those who prefer not to drive or to have car hire delivered to your villa.
Car hire is essential to make the most of your holiday to the Algarve and we can arrange this for you at very competitive rates.
We can also arrange transfers from the airport to the apartment, with car hire delivered to your holiday home, and trips to Lisbon, Seville, golf courses, markets, etc.
