With five bedrooms, three bathrooms and an additional small sofa bed in the lounge this is the perfect holiday villa for the extended family or families and friends who like to holiday together.
The house is simply decorated in the Portuguese style and offers both space and privacy.
To make the most of the setting this villa has the living areas upstairs and from the spacious first floor lounge the views are fantastic, taking in the pool area, lovely countryside and, of course, the beach and sea, directly ahead.
Off the lounge is a separate dining area, leading in turn through to the kitchen with its own breakfast bar. But of course most holidaymakers will want to take advantage of the Algarve´s weather and eat outside, and making this easy is a dining terrace directly through patio doors from the kitchen.
Two more bedrooms and one bathroom are on this floor with three of the bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. One of the ground floor bedrooms has patio doors leading directly to the pool terrace.
But the space doesn´t end here - there´s a third floor - and this is where you´ll really enjoy the views. This top-level sun terrace offers not only a viewing platform, but also a private place for sunbathing - or just somewhere to hide from the children for a little peace and quiet!
Outdoors much attention has been placed on offering visitors the facilities to enjoy outdoor life to the maximum. As well as the private pool with its surrounding sunbathing areas there are a number of quiet covered terraces offering shade and privacy.
There´s also an excellent, well-equipped, covered barbecue area. Also inside the private, gated garden is an outside shower with both hot and cold water and private parking.

We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle.
