This Albufeira two bedroom self catering holiday apartment in Balaia Golf is the perfect Algarve family self catering accommodation.

This deluxe complex - between Praia da Oura and Olhos d'Agua - has a golf course, 6 large pools (at least one heated), 4 children' s pools, tennis courts, restaurant, gym, indoor pool/jacuzzi and children' s club. ..no wonder then that it apartments fill quickly.

This 2 bedroom ground floor garden apartment is located in the heart of the complex close to pools and golf centre - and also benefits from open views over the gofl course.

A short walk to a beautiful sandy Algarve beach.

More details
The nearest pool has a snack bar, children's play area and is also where the resort's 'Kid's Club' is located. It has a separate shallow area for young children.

The apartment is also close to the restaurant/bar and Reception and the beach is less than a ten minute stroll away.

Both bedrooms are equipped with twin beds. The master bedroom has its own access to the terrace and lawned frontage which views onto the golf course. Both bedrooms are equipped with electric heaters for cooler seasons.

The ground floor terraces accessed directly from the Living Room and the Master Bedroom are both south facing and benefit from many hours of sunshine each day. Sun loungers and patio furniture are provided.

The kitchen features all modern conveniences and
there is a full size washing machine and separate tumble dryer located in a small utility room opposite the kitchen.

The lounge/dining room has a satellite equipped TV and a 3 seater double sofabed.

There is a feature fireplace and access to the terrace and lawned frontage also viewing onto the golf course.

The apartment benefits from being in the heart of the village. The beautiful Maria Luiza beach is just a few minutes walk away. ´The Village's Golf centre is a leisurely stroll through the well tended gardens.

Prices are per week per property for up to the maximum number of bed spaces. Maid service once weekly (for those staying one week only this means that you will not be visited by the maid - she will do only the exit and entrance full valet and linen change).

Payment is by bank transfer in sterling or by credit/debit card in both sterling and euros. 30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.

The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
