Although centrally located the complex itself is in a quiet location, offering the best of both worlds for those who like to relax by day and party by night!
This 2 two bedroomed self catering holiday rental apartment is situated in one of the best areas of Areias de São João.
Great choice for a family holiday, with all attractions, including the broad golden sandy beach of Praia da Oura nearby.
For older children and teenagers it couldn´t be better as they can enjoy the local nightlife without having to stray far from home.
The lovely Praia da Oura beach is around 300 metres from the property.

Sleeping arrangements:
Two twin bedrooms - one en-suite. Double sofa bed in the lounge area can be used for up to 2 young children ( extra costs may apply ).

Prices are per week per property for up to the maximum number of bed spaces. EG. 4 bedroom villa will be priced for up to 8 people, 3 bedroom for 6 etc. Additional children on folding beds or sofa beds and in cots (unless otherwise stated) will be charged a supplement. Extra clients provided with folding bed or sofa bed (depends on apartment) at 84 euros per person per week.
Refundable Security deposit of 80 euros per person is required on arrival or can be left in advance by cc
Changeover days flexible - please ask.
TERMS: 30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Payment by bank transfer GBP. or cards in both GBP and euros
Credit/debit cards incur a 3.75 per cent charge.
Car hire is recommended to make the most of your visit to the Algarve and we can arrange this for you, although at this location it is not necessary to reach beach, restaurants, bars, taxis etc. We can also arrange transfers from the airport to the apartment, with car hire delivered to your holiday home, and trips to Lisbon, Seville, golf courses etc.
