Pricing for 2 adults and 2 children sharing a 1 bedroom apartment.
Extra clients provided with folding bed or sofa bed (depends on apartment) at GBP 50 or 75 Euros per person per week.
Refundable Security deposit of 100 euros per person is required on arrival.
Changeover days generally Saturday but can be flexible - please ask.
TERMS: 30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Payment by cheque or bank transfer in euros or sterling depending on your country.
Credit card payment is possible on this property but is subject to a 4.5 per cent charge.
Car hire is recommended to make the most of your visit to the Algarve and we can arrange this for you, although at this location it is not necessary to reach beach, restaurants, bars, taxis etc. We can also arrange transfers from the airport to the apartment, with car hire delivered to your holiday home, and trips to Lisbon, Seville, golf courses etc.
