PRIVACY STATEMENT

Algarve-Rentals.com Ltd values the privacy of all site visitors and clients. We do not use your personal information to send unsolicited emails and will never knowingly pass on your information to third parties.
Occasionally we may email you with details of offers on our site that we think are relevant to your initial enquiry or booking. We will do this only by email – we will not use your mailing address for any purpose other than to secure your reservation.

Collection and use of your personal information

The site may collect information about your visit, including which pages you view, IP address, host name, browser type, date and time you visited the site and the Internet address of the Web site from which you linked directly to our site. This information is used to fine tune our pages to specific browsers, analyse trends and troubleshoot technical problems. It is not passed to any other party.

Sending enquiries by use of our direct enquiry forms sends your contact details (email address and telephone number) only to Algarve-Rentals.com Ltd and not to any third party.

Owners who provide us with properties to rent will have their personal information stored within our system on secure servers within the European Economic Area. Passing of credit card information is not carried out on our site but through the third party website of PayPal. We do not store your credit card details once the transaction has been authorised. When it is stored it is stored on our secure server.

Some of these advertisers may use technology such as cookies and web beacons when they advertise on our site, which will also send these advertisers (such as Google through the Google AdSense program) information including your IP address, your ISP, the browser you used to visit our site, and in some cases, whether you have Flash installed.
